  • Should You Buy an LG V40?

Should You Buy an LG V40?

The newest phone from LG, the LG V40, is here and making waves. Is it worthy of all the hype surrounding it? Or is it a lame entry into the packed Android market? Today we’re going to take an in-depth look at this new smartphone and tell you whether it’s worth your hard-earned money.

    LG V40 Review

    Design

First things first: this is a smart-looking phone. All-glass designs are a favorite of ours, and this phone feels great in the hand. In fact, it’s probably one of the best-feeling LG phones we’ve seen. The screen is huge and vibrant, and, unlike other premium phones, the LG V40 still has a traditional headphone jack.

The V40 also sports the industry-standard water resistance and wireless charging capabilities. While these features are unsurprising, they remain as convenient as ever. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade your smartphone you’re going to be impressed by these quality-of-life upgrades.

    Cameras

The five (yes, five) cameras are the star of the show here. While the Pixel 3 and iPhone XS are impressive for snapshots, the LG V40 is a real photographer’s smartphone. The wide-angle lens is unparalleled for sprawling vista shots. The lighting and colors in bright shots are absolutely stellar. There are low-light options, great portrait settings and more. If you love snapping photos and like a ton of options, this is the phone for you.

    Pricing

The V40 runs between $900 and $980 in the US, depending on where you go to get it and which carrier you choose. That makes it comparable in price to most premium smartphones like the Galaxy Note 9 and iPhone XS. It is a tad bit less expensive than those phones, but not by much. While it might cost a bit less, you don’t sacrifice on power or speed.

    Bottom Line

If you’re an Android fan who wants a great phone for taking pictures then you’re going to love the V40. However, casual shutterbugs might find the multitude of settings a bit overwhelming. Compared to the Note 9 and Pixel 3, this is a solid phone. You won’t be disappointed in this phone for the price, and we can fully recommend it (especially for photographers).

  • If You Have Type 2 Diabetes You Need to Avoid These Foods

If You Have Type 2 Diabetes You Need to Avoid These Foods

Type-2 diabetes affects as much as ten percent of the adult population of the United States. If you’ve recently been diagnosed with diabetes it can be scary to figure out what you should do. Always listen to your doctor’s advice and follow medical guidelines. While you’re at it, make sure you avoid these foods.

Foods to Avoid if You have Type-2 Diabetes

    Milkshakes

As much as you may love them, you need to avoid milkshakes. The classic milkshake is full of carbohydrates, sugar, calories and fat and is absolutely terrible for people with diabetes. There’s also not a version of this classic that doesn’t have these things. Even non-dairy milkshakes are loaded with sugar and fat, so just avoid them altogether.

    Biscuits and Gravy

Southerners love this traditional breakfast, but diabetics need to stay away from it. This dish has your entire daily allotment of saturated fat if you’re diabetic. That’s not to even mention the calories and salt content. If you really want a similar dish, consider tofu sausage replacement, low-sodium biscuits and vegan gravy! Still, keep in mind that this is a heavy dish and don’t go crazy on it.

    Fried Chicken

Fried anything is bad news for diabetics. We know that comprises about half of all American cuisine, but, trust us, it’s bad for you. Your body will thank you for avoiding fried chicken, French fries and corn dogs. Cards, sodium, fat, cholesterol and calories are a few of the alarmingly-high bad things found in most fried foods.

    Snack Cakes

Companies like Twinkie and Little Debby make pre-packaged snack cakes that are downright awful for diabetics. Sugar, sodium, white flour and tons of preservatives comprise most of these snack cakes, all of which are awful for anyone, especially a diabetic. Here’s the good news, though: you can make your own pastries at home and restrict the amount of sugar, fat and other harmful things that go into them. That way you can have your cake and eat it too!

In general, remember that your condition is serious and you need to heed your doctor’s advice. If something feels wrong, don’t hesitate to contact a medical specialist. Eat healthy, be careful and stay safe!

  • Tech Throwback: The LaserDisc

    Tech Throwback: The LaserDisc

I like to take a look at where I’ve been to evaluate where Im going. Technology is cyclical after all… wait no its not. That said I still like all the feels that come rushing back like a flood of nostalgia every time I get my hand on the tech I grew up with. I’m going to go back periodically and take a looking at the stuff that used to blow our hair back and get our minds rolling. Some of these device blew up and changed the world, some where ahead of their time and some just fell flat and became colossal failures. Today’s throwback is a failure and a bomb, but has one redeeming quality that makes it invaluable.. Today we are talking about the LaserDisc

    LaserDisc History

LaserDisc (originally a trademarked term invented by Pioneer Electronics) is an optical recording medium primarily used for video recordings. In fact it was the first optical recording device to be made publicly available. The technology first began development in the late 50’s; however, it didn’t debut until 1978. The disc resembled a Compact Disc the size of a vinyl record album. The similar appearance is because it was a precursor to CD.

The format originally didn’t have a proper name. It was called many different things, but was first marketed as MCA DiscoVision (or simply “DiscoVision”), with MCAnote and Dutch electronics company Philips having significantly contributed to the development of the format. Moreover, Jaws was the first movie to be released on it. In 1980, Pioneer Electronics bought out the rights and patents to the format, and subsequently renamed it “LaserVision”, with the format introduced in Japan in 1981. Although they would later use “LaserDisc”note as a brand name, LaserVision was the official name of the format until the early 1990s, when Pioneer finally began to use “LaserDisc” as the format’s official name.

    The Resolution Quality

With the exception of DVD, Laserdiscs are by far the best-looking and sounding home video system available. Pioneer pitches LD as “60% sharper” than VHS. LD image quality is roughly comparable to standard 16mm film, VHS is roughly comparable to 8mm film.Depending on source material and the transfer to disc, LD is above live TV broadcast quality. For NTSC, this is 425 TVL (luminance lines horizontally for 3/4 of the screen width) and about 482 scan lines, compared to 330×482 for broadcast.

LaserDisc gave way to letterbox. When LaserDisc came to market, people, for the first time, could watch theatrical movies in their homes. Some intelligent producers actually thought that some people would perhaps enjoy actually seeing the whole film. As a result, letterboxing was developed to mat the picture with black bars on the top and bottom. Enabling the wide center area to show the aspect ratio of the original theatrical presentation. Prior to this everything was presented in Pan and Scan mode whereby the wide version of the film was intelligently cropped to where the action was – but still eliminating 30% or more of the picture.

    Star Wars on LaserDisc

This is LaserDisc’s immortal contribution to humanity, film and society. LaserDiscs digital resolution was far superior to what was available in the late 70s and 80s. This made it the perfect platform to watch the most epic space saga to date. This tech was ahead of its time and prime for Star Wars fans. Most definitely the best way to watch Star Wars out side the cinema theaters. Great right? It is, but ends up being legendary. The Original trilogy is released in high quality LaserDisc in 1986. As the tech fades to the DVD smaller format just about the same time George Lucas sets his remasters to work. We know of the horrors that became of the re-release…. Han shot first!… As I digress, only the Remastered versions make it to DVD. Thus ensuring the original masterpieces are forever forgotten to the approaching digital DVD revolution.

However, LaserDisc saves the day. Nerds unit and covet the LaserDisc copies. Later converting them to a higher resolution digital copy that will circulate through the internet and ensuring the glory days of Star Wars..

  • Cyber Monday 2018: Are You Missing Out on the Best Savings?

Cyber Monday 2018: Are You Missing Out on the Best Savings?

Cyber Monday isn’t just for Black Friday leftovers. Every year, Black Friday gets a ton of attention for being the best time to save on holiday shopping. However, some of the best deals you can find come courtesy of Cyber Monday! The Monday after Black Friday is a fantastic day of online deals and it can be so easy to forget the online phenomenon.

The deals don’t just suddenly end with the passing of Black Friday, and your excitement about them doesn’t have to either. Cyber Monday is filled with great savings and sales, without the lines and occasional negativity that come with Black Friday. If you’re looking to do all of your shopping online rather than in stores this year, make sure to bookmark the latest offers all week. We will be scouring the depths of the web to bring you the best of Cyber Monday

    Cyber Monday 2018

This year, Cyber Monday is November 26th. Most online retailers offer their best deals from Monday through Friday, though not everyone does this. Keep your eyes peeled for great deals! For what it’s worth, many retailers have largely begun to conflate Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals as online retail has become more lucrative.

Cyber Monday has historically been a single day of online deals, but since online shopping has become so huge in recent years, this shopping holiday has become more of a shopping holi-week. You can expect to see many of the same deals on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday that you will see on Monday.

Some advertisers have started referring to this phenomenon as Cyber Week, but not everyone has adopted this new model for the holiday season. Here are some examples of deals you might see on Cyber Monday from top retailers!

    Amazon

Best For: Gaming and toys, smart home, and almost anything else you can buy online.

While plenty of other retailers offer Cyber Monday sales, none of them match Amazon’s. Last year, we saw three times as many Cyber Monday deals at Amazon as the next highest retailer

Amazon also has a large number of Black Friday deals on their Fire tablets, Fire TV Stick and Echo devices, among other things. Expect these huge discounts to continue during Cyber Monday and Cyber Week. There will likely also be Lightning Deals all throughout the week that you can save a ton on, so stay posted!

    Walmart

Best For: Parents (and kids, too) and homeowners.

Like Walmart’s sprawling stores, you’ll find sales on just about every product category on Cyber Monday. There were also steals on more practical purchases for parents, including car seats and children’s bedroom sets, as well as household necessities.

Walmart will be offering sales on a number of things to compete with Amazon’s line. Items like Google Home, 4K TVs and the like will all be discounted through their website. Also, expect to see discounts on home appliances like microwaves, toasters and the like. This is a great opportunity for buying gifts for new homeowners, or just updating your own home!

    Target

Best For: The hottest Cyber Monday TV sales.

Two-thirds of Target’s Cyber Monday sales last year were the best bargains on televisions anywhere. Last year’s sales saw fantastic prices on sets ranging from 40″ to 80″, but the best prices were on high-end 70″ and 80″ 4K sets, some of which hit the lowest prices we’d ever seen on TVs in that class.

Target will have similar sales to Walmart and will likely be selling things at a similar price. We recommend double-checking against Walmart when shopping Target to make sure you find the best deals. Target also has a wide range of electronics you can expect to see on sale, which are the hot-ticket items this time of year!

    Best Buy

Best For: Electronics of all kinds.

Last year, Best Buy didn’t offer a ton of Cyber Monday sales, but the majority of them were stellar. Look for bargains on home security items and last-generation smartphones — last year’s sales offered the lowest price on the iPhone 7 we’d ever seen. Expect some excellent TV sales, too.

Expect to also see discounts on high-end PC gear like gaming keyboards and mice. Chairs for computer gaming are also likely to be discounted at a great rate! Consider checking Best Buy if you’re looking for electronics that Target and Walmart don’t usually sell.

  • Should You Actually Get a Minivan? They Might be Cooler Than You Think

Should You Actually Get a Minivan? They Might be Cooler Than You Think

Minivans are really lame, right? Maybe not! If you’ve got a big family and a ton of things to carry around you might actually want to get a minivan. Here are some of the top reasons you should get a minivan as your next vehicle!

    Reasons to Own a Minivan

    Tons of Room

There’s a ton of space for your things and your people. You can usually seat up to eight people very comfortably in a mini-van. If you’re a fan of going on long trips with your big family, this is the vehicle for you. Most new mini-vans have entertainment options in the backseat so the kiddos can watch a movie. Some even have plug-ins for video game consoles!

There’s also a ton of space to pack your things. When you need to carry a lot of big things you can lay down the seats in the back to give yourself a ton of room! It’s super handy when you’re buying furniture or have a huge grocery haul.

    Cheaper to Maintain

Everyone hates having to pay for maintenance and insurance. Luckily for mini-van owners, they don’t have to pay as much as most people! Parts and repairs for them are cheaper in general. Additionally, insurance rates for them are much lower, since mini-vans get in less accidents and are much less likely to be stolen or vandalized.

    Great Resale Value

The great thing about minivans is that they can be sold for a high value once you’ve gotten your use out of them. Once the little ones have grown up a bit and you don’t need all that space anymore, you can simply sell the vehicle. Unlike SUVs, minivans keep their value over years and don’t depreciate as quickly. That means you can recoup a lot of the money you invested in the vehicle!

Then, if you’re really happy to be rid of the “lamest vehicle ever,” you can put that trade-in credit towards a sports car or something! Jokes aside, minivans are a great investment for people with young families and you should consider getting one for your next vehicle!

  • Which Roadside Assistance Plan Will Help You the Most?

Which Roadside Assistance Plan Will Help You the Most?

You can never predict whether you’re going to need roadside assistance for a flat tire, dead battery or other vehicle issue, but if you’re a member of a roadside assistance program, you’ll be covered when it happens.  There’s nothing worse than being stuck in an unfamiliar area and nowhere to go. The even more difficult part is deciding which roadside assistance program best fits your family’s needs.

Roadside assistance programs are most often offered along with new or certified used car purchases, by stand-alone companies, or as add-ons through your insurance, credit card or cellphone company. We’re here to help you pick out the best roadside assistance for your family!

    Best Roadside Assistance Plans

    Good Sam

Good Sam Roadside Assistance has some of the best services we saw. For example, it offers unlimited towing, jump starts and flat tire repairs. Good Sam Roadside Assistance’s most notable feature is its unlimited towing – most roadside assistance services have limits set between 5 and 100 miles or only reimburse you for the money you spend.

In addition, Good Sam offers unlimited flat tire repairs, jump starts, fuel delivery and locksmith services. For the locksmith, you’re often on the hook for parts and labor. One drawback of using Good Sam is it’s one of the more expensive services we reviewed. Its standard plan costs $80 a year, so a little more than $6 a month.

The Platinum plan costs about $115 a year, or $9.50 a month. Good Sam’s unlimited roadside assistance comes with both plans. Both levels also cover all your vehicles and family members, unlike other services that require you pay extra to add more people to their plans. The main difference between Good Sam’s two plans is the Platinum plan includes discounts on hotels and rental cars.

    Allstate Motor Club

Allstate Motor Club pairs affordable plans with generous roadside assistance services. You get $100 reimbursement on towing and locksmith services with the Roadside Advantage Plan, which is more than enough to cover local and some longer distance service calls.

The Roadside Advantage plan is the most basic, and it is one of the most affordable plans we saw. It costs $52 annually, or a little more than $4 a month. This plan includes $100 worth of roadside assistance. This means if you get a flat tire, need a tow, get locked out of your car or run out of fuel, Allstate dispatches assistance and reimburses you for up to $100 of the cost. This is a more generous benefit than other services provide – many offer free towing for a limited number of miles, rather than reimbursing you for the amount you pay.

The Platinum Elite plan costs $99 a year, or about $8 a month. That’s about $20 less than average for premium roadside plans. The Platinum plan includes over $250 worth of reimbursement, so if you need a longer tow, you’re covered for it. In case you get in an accident far away from home, Allstate provides a trip interruption benefit. It provides up to $1,500 toward food and lodging while your car gets repaired.

    AAA

AAA is the biggest name in roadside assistance. Its basic plan’s low price and wide variety of benefits, including rewards programs and identity protection, make it our choice for best value. The AAA Classic plan costs $56 a year, which is about $4.66 a month and only a few dollars more than Allstate’s basic plan. For about the same price, you get a variety of benefits, some of which aren’t strictly roadside assistance but valuable nonetheless.

AAA Classic provides free towing for 5 miles, which is usually sufficient in cities. If you get locked out of your car, the service reimburses you $50 for the cost of a locksmith. This plan also includes benefits like identity theft monitoring and membership discounts at hotels, restaurants and other businesses. So, if you’re not a long-distance traveler, AAA’s basic plan can provide peace of mind and benefits other services lack.

The company’s higher-level plan, AAA Premier, is slightly more expensive than comparable plans elsewhere, with a $119 annual cost. Several competing roadside assistance programs’ premium plans come in at less than $100 a year. However, while it may cost more, AAA Premier includes 200 miles of free towing, which is double the distance in most premium plans.

  • All New 2019 Jeep Wrangler Pick Up

All New 2019 Jeep Wrangler Pick Up

There is alot going on in the pick up market. A Lot of the top level trucks have gotten redesigned and upgraded with luxury options. Then Jeep throws in a wrench to the plan. Jeep hasn’t sold a pickup truck since 1992, when the XJ Cherokee-based Comanche went out of production. Today Lets talk about the all new Jeep Wrangler pickup and the best way to get a deal from your local Jeep dealer.

The much anticipated Wrangler Pickup is a natural addition to the Jeep lineup; we expect it to go on sale in 2019. Drivetrain options will likely mirror those of the regular two- and four-door Wranglers, with a V-6, hybrid turbo four, and a diesel on tap. Like the Wrangler, a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission should be available. The pickup should also receive the same weight-saving materials, a folding soft top, and a nifty two-position tailgate.

The All New 2019 Jeep Wrangler Pickup

We dont have alot of details with the Jeep Wrangler Pickup. We have moved from concept to anticipation. There is a few press relesed pictures and a few spy shots out and around. We know it’ll come with either a 3.6-liter V-6 or a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder. Four-wheel drive should be standard, with the V-6 offering a manual and an automatic transmission and the four-cylinder being automatic only. There has been some talk of a diesel engine, but if there is one, it probably won’t be available at launch.

There will be removable roof panels like the standard Wrangler’s. Adding to the Jeep Wrangler feel. Dont worry Jeep Guys, it will feel like a Jeep. I have seen hints of a special tailgate setup that may be offered, with a few different loading and access settings. Spy photos have only shown a four-door pickup body style so far, but a two-door version may also be on the menu at some point. After the Jeep pickup is revealed, production is expected to start sometime at the end of this year. That puts its arrival date sometime next spring, meaning it could either wear a 2019 or a 2020 model year. We are still in speculation phase with that as of now.  Look for this to make a big Jeep level splash in the Midsized truck market next spring,

Negotiating With Your Local Jeep Dealer

So you have decided this bad boy is the pick up of your dreams. You know you want the Jeep guy persona with the practicality of the mid sized pick up. This Jeep truck is perfect for us. Lets get one. Then comes the realization you have to do the dreaded car salesman dance. Lets talk about the best way to get a great deal from your local Jeep dealer.

    Step one

Use social media to find someone you know that sells at your local Jeep dealer. If you don’t know someone directly, make a post asking your friends for someone they know. If you buy a Jeep from the sales guy the recommended often they will get whats called a “birddog” or a small referral check, usually $150. But don’t contact that person first. The next step is to stop by the Local Jeep dealer.

While here, look through the options and find your Jeep Wrangler pickup. Once you know the options you want it is time for pricing. A random sales guy will approach you while you are kicking tires. He will start by asking you questions, avoid answering anything he is asking. If you do follow it up with a question of your own. Don’t worry you wont be buying from this guy so beat him up a little.

Now that you know the model you want, you have a pricing idea. Next it is time to take the negotiating ball in your court. Contact your bank and get preapproved for your loan. You may have to reach out to a few lenders to find the best rates. 2 to 3 should be fine. When you go to your sales guy having your own finances add a lot to the negotiating process. This also stops them from running your credit with hundreds of other banks and adding points to your rate.

    Pull The Trigger

Now you reach out to your contact at the dealer ship. Start by telling him that you want your model of your Jeep Wrangler pick up and ask him if he can get you a low offer price. Make it about 10% lower then what the first sales guy quoted you. He will make you a vague promise he could. show up when he has you at or close to your price. Let him know you have your bank set up the loan already and you are ready to pull the trigger.

    The Final Thought

The last thing I always do when dealing with my local Jeep dealer is before pulling the trigger, I leave. I wait a day, then reach back out. Tell my sales guy i’m almost ready. I just need one last thing, I need him to through in a matching pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses to match my new Jeep Wrangler. If you have the best deal possible, this will be a hard no. If you left him some money on the deal, he will throw them in. Either way its a win/win.

  • Best Wireless Charging Pad

    Best Wireless Charging Pad

Wires aren’t fun, when you get down to it. No one really likes having to plug their phone in at night. Wouldn’t it be so much nicer if you could just drop your phone on your nightstand and it would just charge by itself? Well, it can, if you have a wireless charging pad!

    Best Wireless Charging Pad

    Anker PowerPort Wireless 10

Anker’s pad makes our list based on how inexpensive it is. The MSRP for this pad is $22, which makes it a very affordable option. If you’ve got a phone that supports wireless charging and you’re curious about it, this is a good starter. It also offers some pretty fast charging, which is great!

    Tronsmart Airamp Wireless Charger

This neat wireless charger checks all the boxes. It’s inexpensive, at $24, it lets your phone rest upright, and it even sports a cooling fan. While the Anker PowerPort is a great pad for your nightstand, this one is better suited for desks. Due to the standing design, fan and always-on LED, you won’t want this next to your bed at night. It’s great for fast-charging on your desk, though!

iOttie Ion Fast Charging Pad Plus

There’s a lot to like about the iOttie pad. It comes in a unique oval shape and is covered in a non-slip fabric. There are a variety of cool colors to choose from, too! This one is a bit on the fancier side, with a stylish design and fast charging capabilities. It also comes with a longer cord and a power adapter! The only downside is the price, which can run more than $50!

    Mophie Charge Stream Pad Plus

We absolutely love this charging pad. It has a simple, minimalist design that is reminiscent of a hockey puck. It’s made from a no-slip material, so it grips to surfaces and your phone. The material is also soft enough to prevent your phone from getting scratched on it! While this charging pad will run you around $60, it’s well worth the price. If you’re looking for a portable, reliable charging pad, look no further!

  • Want to Lose Weight? These are the Foods You Need to Eat

Want to Lose Weight? These are the Foods You Need to Eat

Are you trying to lose weight? It’s not very easy to shed the pounds. Whether you’re active or more sedentary, it’s difficult to lose weight. One of the best ways to lose, other than exercise and portion control, is by eating foods that encourage weight loss.

Not all calories are created equal. Different foods go through different metabolic pathways in your body. They can have vastly different effects on your hunger, hormones and the number of calories you burn. Here are the 5 most weight-loss-friendly foods on earth that are supported by science.

Foods to Help you Lose Weight

    Salmon

Fatty fish like salmon is incredibly healthy and very satisfying, keeping you full for many hours with relatively few calories. Salmon is loaded with high-quality protein, healthy fats and various important nutrients. Fish — and seafood in general — may also supply a significant amount of iodine.

This nutrient is necessary for proper thyroid function, which is important to keep your metabolism running optimally. Studies show that a significant number of people don’t fill their iodine needs.Salmon is also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to help reduce inflammation, which is known to play a major role in obesity and metabolic disease. Mackerel, trout, sardines, herring and other types of fatty fish are also excellent.

    Greens

Leafy greens include kale, spinach, collards, swiss chards and a few others. They have several properties that make them perfect for a weight loss diet, such as being low in calories and carbohydrates and loaded with fiber.

Eating leafy greens is a great way to increase the volume of your meals, without increasing the calories. Numerous studies show that meals and diets with a low energy density make people eat fewer calories overall. Leafy greens are also incredibly nutritious and very high in many vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, including calcium, which has been shown to aid fat burning in some studies.

    Whole Eggs

Once feared for being high in cholesterol, whole eggs have been making a comeback. New studies show that they neither adversely affect blood cholesterol nor cause heart attacks. What’s more, they’re one of the best foods to eat if you need to lose weight, as they’re high in protein, healthy fats and can make you feel full with a very low amount of calories.

One study in 30 overweight women showed that eating eggs for breakfast, instead of bagels, increased feelings of fullness (satiety) and made participants eat less for the next 36 hours. Another eight-week study found that eggs for breakfast increased weight loss on a calorie restricted diet, compared to bagels. Eggs are also incredibly nutrient dense and can help you get all the nutrients you need on a calorie-restricted diet. Interestingly, almost all the nutrients are found in the yolks.

    Avocados

Avocados are a unique fruit. While most fruits are high in carbs, avocados are loaded with healthy fats. They’re particularly high in monounsaturated oleic acid, the same type of fat found in olive oil. Despite being mostly fat, avocados also contain a lot of water and fiber, making them less energy-dense than you may think.

What’s more, they’re a perfect addition to vegetable salads, as studies show that their fat content can increase carotenoid antioxidant absorption from the vegetables 2.6- to 15-fold. They also contain many important nutrients, including fiber and potassium.

    Fibrous Vegetables

Fibrous vegetables include broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and brussels sprouts. Like other vegetables, they’re high in fiber and tend to be incredibly filling. What’s more, these types of veggies generally contain decent amounts of protein.

They’re not nearly as high in protein as animal foods or legumes but still high compared to most vegetables. A combination of protein, fiber and low energy density makes cruciferous vegetables the perfect foods to include in your meals if you need to lose weight. They’re also highly nutritious and contain cancer-fighting substances.
