Pluto rates in above some of the competition because it is completely free. And you can’t beat free, right? Well, sort of. You still have to watch ads, which bites. It offers over 100 channels, but a lot of those are powered by internet videos. Yes, there is a channel that is entirely cat videos. Adorable, but not exactly the most gripping content. Again, it’s free, so it’s hard to complain. If you’re looking to just cut cable and watch whatever, you can’t go wrong with Pluto.
